Job Description:

1.     To implement planned activities of the current projects in a better way and scheme for future projects with consultation from SMT.

2.     To conduct regular monitoring, supervision, and evaluation of ongoing projects and to prepare sustainable proposal for the new ones.

3.     To prepare regular performance reports of the projects at least once in a week as well as quarterly, half yearly and yearly as required.

4.     To plan for various camps and projects conduction in outreach areas.

5.     To conduct regular interaction program with project employees to learn and minimize the conflicts/problems they have faced.

6.     To prepare evaluation and promotional criteria for the projects.

7.     To assist in preparing budgetary plan and assessing impact of projects in concerned area using statistical tools and to recommend the appropriate measures to tie up with goals.

8.     To establish and maintain good working relationship with different governmental and non governmental bodies and SPN team members.

9.     To organize training/orientation program to the coordinators, outreach workers, peer educators, peer groups and other SPN staff.

10. Others as directed by the SPN's Senior Management Team as and when required.
